SecurelyDoc is software for secure document sharing and virtual data rooms. You create a workspace, put files in rooms, and share gated links. Recipients open the link, pass the checks you configured, and view (or, if you allow it, download) through the product. We do not issue raw, long-lived file URLs. The serving model is described on Security. Feature limits follow the live Pricing catalog.
The marketing site is informational. Creating an account and using rooms happens in the product app.
You must be able to form a contract and use the service for lawful business sharing. Keep login credentials under your control. Multi-factor authentication is available in the product. You are responsible for seats and actions taken in workspaces you own or administer.
You retain the rights you already have in files you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, watermark (when you enable it), and serve that content so the product can work.
You decide who receives a link and which gates apply. You must have the right to share what you upload. Recipients must follow the gates and any NDA you require. We are not a party to the deals you run in a room.
Do not use the service to break the law, to share content you have no right to share, to attack or disrupt the service, or to bypass access gates, watermarks, or audit controls. We may suspend access that threatens the service or other customers.
Free, Starter, and Business limits are published on Pricing and enforced in the product. Paid plans are billed through the product’s payment flow. We may change features or these terms; material product limits are reflected on Pricing and in the app. We do not quote custom data-residency, dedicated support, or unpublished enterprise entitlements on this site.
We aim to keep the service available. This page does not state an uptime percentage, insurance policy, or audit certification (including SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA, or GDPR certification). To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, and we disclaim implied warranties we cannot actually make.
We are not responsible for how customers classify files, whom they invite, or what recipients do after they are allowed to view a document. Browser viewers must receive bytes to render a file; screenshots and similar capture are not fully blockable. That limitation is also stated on Security.
This page does not set a negotiated liability cap, indemnity, or insurance commitment. A signed enterprise agreement can do that. We are not responsible for files you choose to upload, people you invite, or what a recipient does after they are allowed to view a document. Consumer-protection and other mandatory laws still apply where they apply.
You may stop using the service and delete rooms or files in the product. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that we must shut down to operate the service. After closure, we retain data only as described in Privacy.
We may update this page. The date at the top is the current public version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms for that use.
There is no separate legal inbox published in this repository. Read Privacy and Security. For account questions, use Log in in the header and your workspace in the product app.
